The restaurant is located in the Ansitz Romani and is an atmospheric place that offers space for up to 40 people. Look forward to delicate dishes of regional cuisine as well as refined Italian specialities. The hosts source the high-quality, seasonal ingredients for the culinary creations from the farmer’s markets and farms in the immediate vicinity as well as from local producers.

“My ambition is to invent my own creations and refined classics of regional cuisine based on seasonal, high-quality, organic raw ingredients from South Tyrol and Trentino. The original flavour of the raw ingredients is enhanced and emphasised in the overall composition of the dishes using gentle cooking methods.”

Regional cuisine in the restaurant Ansitz Romani

Herbs and spices for the gourmet restaurant come mainly from the in-house herb garden at Ansitz Romani. The meat is supplied by a hunter from the Schnals Valley. For high-quality meat, head-chef Armin also likes to travel as far as the northern Wipptal valley or Bozen’s local mountain Ritten. He buys the whole animal to enable him to process it himself. Out of respect for the animal, all parts are processed as far as possible.
